Some files have been removed from the site because their target dates had expired and because the cost of adding more space as new files accumulate had become too expensive.
: While some of the older files have been removed, they are still available by request if you send and email to address listed below with a page URL and file description reference. Using your reference information I will locate the removed file and it will be sent back by return message.
