Arrow in picture is pointing to the first turn marker entered just after the turn was made.  Course marking was a small sign on a tree that wasn't visible until you were almost into the intersection.  Early on, there was a course worker directing riders to turn.  By the time I made my third pass through this turn the course worker had gone and riders who were seen past the turn needed to be informed they were past the turn.
